Anita L. Marx, president of AIM Consulting, is a performance
specialist with extensive experience designing and
implementing comprehensive consulting and training
solutions. She leads a team of
industry professionals that will help you achieve
measurable bottom line improvement.
More than 20 years experience with
Colgate-Palmolive and Anheuser-Busch has honed Ms. Marx’s
executive skills in the consumer products industry. She has
worked extensively in the Anheuser-Busch network where she
designed and implemented numerous performance
improvement and training programs. Her career-building
experiences are Ms. Marx’s foundation in developing and
deploying sales and management processes for several Fortune
100 companies today.
Since 1996, Ms. Marx has worked with the Excellence in Missouri Foundation evaluating companies
based on the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. In addition, she is
currently a Senior Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award
In addition to consulting, Ms. Marx has been an adjunct
professor at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri
where she taught classes on quality processes. She also
conducts seminars on the Introduction to Six Sigma.
Ms. Marx has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of
Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from St. Louis University. She has completed Black
Belt training in Six Sigma.
